My Personal Experience with Manifestation (And What Actually Works)
Manifestation used to feel complicated to me. I thought I had to follow strict rules, repeat techniques daily, and constantly “do something” in order to make my desires come true. I was stuck in the idea that more effort equals better results.
But through my own experiences, I’ve realized something surprising: manifestation is actually much simpler—and much more natural—than I once believed.
You Don’t Need to Repeat Techniques Every Day
One of the biggest mindset shifts I’ve had is around repetition. Methods like the 369 technique can feel powerful, especially in the beginning. Writing your desires over and over again seems like it should reinforce them.
But what I’ve learned is this: once is enough.
When you write something with clear intention, focus, and belief, you’ve already done the manifestation. Repeating it every day can sometimes come from a place of lack—like you’re trying to “make it work” instead of trusting that it already is working.
Now, I approach it differently. I write it once, I feel it fully, and then I let it go. I give it space to enter my life. That’s when things started to shift.
Mirror Affirmations as a Daily Ritual
Affirmations became much more powerful for me when I stopped treating them like a task and started integrating them into my routine.
One of my favorite ways to do this is through mirror affirmations—especially when it comes to appearance-related manifestations.
When I’m getting ready in the morning or doing my skincare or makeup, I look at myself in the mirror and say things like:
- “My skin is perfectly smooth.”
- “I look radiant and confident.”
- “I love the way I look.”
It’s not about forcing yourself to believe it instantly. It’s about gently stepping into that version of yourself. And the key again is simplicity—doing this once a day is enough. It’s about consistency, not intensity.
Embodying Your Future Self on Walks
Something that has been incredibly powerful for me is going on walks and using that time to imagine my life as if my manifestation has already happened.
This isn’t just daydreaming—it’s stepping into a new identity.
For example, if I’m manifesting my dream dress, I don’t think about wanting it. I imagine already having it. I picture where I would wear it, how it feels on my body, how confident I am walking into a room wearing it.
I think from the perspective of the person who already has it.
These moments feel light, natural, and even a little playful. There’s no pressure—just curiosity and excitement. And somehow, that’s when it feels the most real.
Meditation and Letting Go
Meditation has also played a big role in my journey. It helps me slow down, clear my mind, and reconnect with a sense of trust.
There are so many guided meditations available online, especially on YouTube, that focus specifically on manifestation. Some are just a few minutes long, but even that can make a difference.
Meditation isn’t about “making” something happen—it’s about releasing resistance. It creates space for your desires to come to you naturally.

The Most Powerful Method: Decide and Let It Be Done
If there’s one thing that has changed everything for me, it’s this:
Just say it. Clearly. Specifically.
Say out loud exactly what you want to manifest. Be precise. Be intentional.
And then—stop.
Don’t overthink it. Don’t keep checking for it. Don’t repeat it out of fear that it didn’t “work.”
Because it did.
The moment you decide, the manifestation is already done. From that point on, your only job is to trust that it’s coming.
I’ve come to believe that what we see around us right now—our current 3D reality—is simply a reflection of past manifestations. It’s the result of what we once focused on, consciously or unconsciously.
Which means something really powerful:
Anything you choose to manifest now can appear at any moment.
Not because you force it. Not because you chase it.
But because you’ve already allowed it.
And once you truly understand that… everything starts to feel a little easier.
